PURPOSE:To prevent any objectionable side shift and peeling-off between respective layers of a base rubber layer, a cushion rubber layer and a tread rubber layer by forming a serial roughness part where the respective layers come into close contact with each other on respective joint surfaces of them in the circumferential width direction of a tire. CONSTITUTION:A solid tire 10 consists of a base rubber layer 11 with high compressive elastic modulus, a cushion rubber layer 12 with high cushionability disposed on the outside circumference in a tire radial direction of the base rubber layer 11, and a tread rubber layer 13 with excellent wear resistance disposed on the outside circumference in a tire radial direction of the cushion rubber layer 12. At the jointed surface of the base rubber layer 11 and the cushion rubber layer 12 at least, there is a serial roughness part 16b where the respective layers 11, 12 come into close contact with each other in a cross direction for firm fitting. At the jointed surface of the cushion rubber layer 12 and the tread rubber layer 13, a similar serial roughness part 16a as described above may be formed. It is thus possible to prevent any side shift and peeling-off between the respective layers 11-13. |
