PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency and quickly perform actions in an emergency situa tion by utilizing the registration by a destination floor registering device provided in a cage and the state of passengers by a cage passenger detecting device, and disabling the function of an each-floor forced stop device. CONSTITUTION:When a passenger 4 registers a call with the destination floor registering button Cn of a destination floor registering device 3, a cage is stopped at all floors with an entrance by an elevator operation control circuit 10 via the signal of a door closure detecting circuit 7 confirming the closure of a door 2 regardless of the presence of the call registration for intermediate floors to the (n)th floor, and the service for user passengers is lowered. Under the situation that the function of an each-floor forced stop device 8 is effective, the number of registrations by the signal of a registration counting circuit 6 and the number of passengers by the signal of a passenger detecting device 5 are calculated by a comparator 9, and the calculated result is outputted to a control device 10. If the number of destination floor registrations is smaller than the number of passengers in the cage, an elevator is controlled so that the cage is stopped at each floor, if the number of destination floor registrations is the number of the passengers in the cage or above, the function of the stopping device 8 is temporarily released, and the elevator is operated in the ordinary operation mode. |
