<p>PURPOSE:To flexibly A/D-converts plural analog signals whose hourly change quantity is large by inputting selection information designating one of plural analog signal input terminals and timing information designating a timing when A-D conversion is started from an external part. CONSTITUTION:External trigger signals 16a-16d are generated by an external circuit being the generation source of analog input signals 1a-1d. When a control circuit 13a receives the external trigger signals 16a-16d, it outputs a selection information 14 to a selector 3 so that it selects analog signal input terminals 2a-2d corresponding to external trigger input terminals 17a-17d to which a trigger is inputted at the timing when the trigger is inputted. A conversion start signal 15 starting the A-D conversion of the output 4 of the selector 3 is outputted to an A-D converter 5. Thus, A-D conversion is attained for plural analog signals whose hourly change quantity is comparatively large.</p> |
