<p>A machine for working a glass plate provided with: a table (20) on which the glass plate (22) is mounted; a cracking mechanism (3) for marking a cutting streak on the glass plate (22) mounted on said table (20) and cracking the plate (22) at the streaky part thereof while pressing a portion near said streaky part; and a transfer device (67) connected to the cracking mechanism (3) for transferring the cracking mechanism (3) straight along the surface of the glass plate (22) mounted on the table (20); wherein cracking action of the cracking mechanism (3) and transfer action of the transfer device (67) are controlled by a numerical control device.</p> |
