The magnetic field dependent resistances form a voltage divider or can be connected together for a voltage divider and are so magnetised that the light magnetic axes (M1,M2) are respectively aligned in the direction of their longitudinal axes (3,4), and which are premagnetised by a magnet, the magnetic field of which penetrates both magnetic field dependent resistances (1,2), such such that a field component (Ht) in the plane of the magnetic field dependent resistances runs at an angle of 45 deg. to the longitudinal axes (3,4). A second identical type magnetic field dependent resistance (12 or 13) is arranged parallel to each magnetic field dependent resistance (1,2) and the four resistances (1,2,12,13) are connected together for a measurement bridge or can be connected thus. USE/ADVANTAGE - Magnetic field sensor. Compact and not susceptible to interference. Magnetic field (Hs) vertical to magnetic field (Ht) has high sensitivity with high resolution.
