BATH BOILER WITH HOT-WATER SUPPLY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To ensure priming of a circulation pump and reduce errors in water level control by a method wherein the pipe resistance of a bath water supply pipe is made larger than that of a bath water return pipe when hot-water is fed into a bathtub through both bath water supply and return pipes. CONSTITUTION:A flow switch 30 and a bath heat exchanger 18 are mounted on a bath water supply pipe 19 extended from a bath circuit branch 36. The bath heat exchanger 18 consists of a pipe having a inside diameter of about 1cm and a length of approximate 3 meters, and has a large pipe resistance loss. On the other hand, a two-way valve 31, a circulation pump 17 and a water level sensor 23 are mounted on a bath water return pipe 22 extended from the bath water circuit branch 36. The bath water supply and return pipes 19 and 22 are designed so that the pipe resistance of the bath water supply pipe 19 is larger than that of the bath water return pipe 22. The circulation pump 17 and the bath water return pipe 22 where the water level sensor is provided are easily filled with water when hot-water is transferred through both bath water supply and return pipes, so that priming of the circulation pump 17 is certainly carried out.
