摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To facilitate trimming and improve the accuracy by arranging resistors into matrix form and installing a short-circuit line and an imperfect open prevention resistor. CONSTITUTION:The present hybrid integrated circuit board resistor has micro unit resistors connected in series and in parallel and a short-circuit line and the line of an imperfect open prevention resistor are connected thereto. It comprises the resistors 1, electrodes 2, an imperfect open prevention resistor 3, the short-circuit line 4, a connection line 5, and trimming parts 6. In the case of a 2X2 resistor matrix of unit resistors connected in series and in parallel, six values of electric resistance (0, 0.4, 0.66, 0.86, 1, and 2 ROMEGA, with the resistance of the unit resistors 1 being ROMEGA) can be obtained by trimming the resistors 1 and the short-circuit line 4 as necessary. Normally, high-accuracy resistance can be obtained from m-row and n-column unit resistors. The imperfect open prevention resistor prevents imperfect open. The short-circuit line 4 facilitates trimming.</p>
