发明名称 LOW NOX COMBUSTION IN FLUIDIZED BED TYPE INCINERATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the surplus rate of the air for combustion, and to control generation of NOx, by mixing high temperature gas in low oxygen concentration with the air for combustion, and by controlling the mixing ratio between them, in a fluidized bed type incinerator. CONSTITUTION:The material dried up by a dryer 1 is discharged from a discharge duct 4, and the exhaust gas from the dryer is fed into a cyclone 5 via the discharge duct 4. The exhaust gas fed into the cyclone 5 is transferred to a heat recovery unit 7 via a circulating fan 6. A part of the gas transferred is taken out of the unit 7 after being heated, and is fed into a furnace, together with the fluidized air, by a combustion fan 8 of an incinerator, to control the air and fuel a ratio. The surplus rate of the air for combustion is lowered and the rate of NOx generating can be lowered, according as the mixing ratio of the exhaust gas of high humidity and low oxygen concentration discharged from a hot air dryer 1, is increased.
