PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of the side of a payment device, by receiving the information showing the holding kind of money and the maximum amount from an automatic cash payment device, on the side of a transaction data input device, then discriminating the manual payment from the payment by said device based on said information. CONSTITUTION:A money amount data for payment in cash is inputted to an optimizing circuit 12 from a keyboard 11 provided in a transaction data input device 4, such constitution as makes all the kinds of money the minimum number is selected, and each number of sheets are stored in a memory 13. On the other hand, from an automatic cash payment device AC6, a format information showing its holding kind of money and its maximum amount are transferred, and are stored in a maximum amount table 14. Subsequently, contents corresponding to the memory 3 and the table 14 are read out, are inputted to an operation part 15, a uniform operatin is executed by use of a prescribed operation processing system, a manual payment portion of the input 4 and a discharge portion of the payment device 6 are discriminated, and are stored in an AC indicating memory 16 and a manual payment indicating memory 17, respectively. In this way, the contents of the memory 16 are displayed on an indicator 18 provided in the input device 4, and the contents of the memory 16 are sent out to the payment device 6, by which the operation of the payment device 6 is simplified. |
