<p>A medical appliance comprising a main body (1) having a collar (3) and a fist engagement means (4), and a protector (2) being put on the main body (1) and having a second engagement means (7). The first engagement means (4) and the second engagement means (7) are engaged to each other before the protector (2) is put off from the main body (1).
