PURPOSE:To make a wave-form of the collector currents and a wave-form of the base currents, of a transistor analogize approximately by connecting the output of an integration circuit connected between an output terminal of an input rectifying smoothing circuit and ground to a base current amplifying circuit of the transistor. CONSTITUTION:When the transistor Q1 is on-off controlled by means of a control circuit 26, the output voltage vi of the input rectifying smoothing circuit also follows on-off, and repeats variation. The collector currents iC of the transistor Q1 are diC/dt=vi/LP (LP is the inductance of a coil S1), base currents are dUN/dt vi/RN.CN (VN is the voltage of a node of a resistor 27 and a capacitor 28 of the integration circuit and RN and CN are the value of the resistor 27 and the capacitor 28), and both have approximately similar saw-toothed wave- forms. Accordingly, the transistor can stably be driven even when AC line voltage changes and an operating point alters. |
