<p>PURPOSE:To realize the simple and inexpensive constitution of hardware, by giving the address control to a memory array and the array convertion of bits to the memory array input/output. CONSTITUTION:The input data m-bit 2 is stored in a memory array 7 after a bit conversion through a written bit array converting circuit 5. When data vertical/ horizontal conversion is carried out, a read address controlling circuit 9 applies an individual address to a memory. The bit output read out of the memory is made to pass through a read data bit array converting circuit 17 to obtain an output 18. In this case, the input data 2 is turned by 90 deg. for the output 18.</p> |
