PURPOSE:To enhance the rapid discharge characteristics of a dry battery, by adding a specified perchlorate into zinc chloride electrolytic solution. CONSTITUTION:Zinc chloride electrolytic solution, or zinc chloride solution containing some amount of ammonium chloride is forced to contain a low aliphatic amine perchlorate. The total concentration of the mixed electrolytes in the electrolytic solution is preferable to be less than 42wt%. The low aliphatic amine perchlorate is for example, guanidine perchlorate, aminoguanidine perchlorate, ethylenediamine perchlorate, methylamine perchlorate, diethylamine perchlorate, trimethylamine perchlorate, ethanol perchlorate, or the like. For example, the positive material of a battery is made of manganese dioxide: 54.4pts., acetylene black: 9.1pts., zinc chloride: 7.3pts., ammonium chloride: 0.4pt., guanidine perchlorate: 3.6pts., water: 25.0pts., the rest: 0.2pt. in order to form a paper-lined type battery, wherein all parts being by weight ratio. Thus, the rapid discharge characteristics of a battery can be enhanced. |
