<p>PURPOSE:To improve air permeability at an underfloor place by forming an air permeable layer formed between an inner wall and a facing material and communicated to the opening air, intercommunicating inner and outer surfaces at the lower end of the inner wall, and causing the flow of air between the lower part of a floor and the air permeable layer. CONSTITUTION:Air permeable layers 8f and 8f communicated to the open air are formed between inner walls 8b and 8b and facing materials 8e and 8e located thereto. A space is formed at the lower ends of the inner walls 8b and 8b between the upper surface of a sill 3 and the lower ends of the inner walls to form recessed parts 32... through which the inside and the outside of the inner walls 8b and 8b are intercommunicated.
