PURPOSE:To enable accurate speed control by making a prescan, storing various data on an electric motor which drives an optical system at this time, and performing optimum regulator control according to the data. CONSTITUTION:In prescan mode, a microcomputer CPU 1 calculates various data on the stationary speed, state quantity, control voltage, etc., of the electric motor 8 in feed mode and stores them in a RAM 4. Similarly, the CPU 1 calculates various data on the electric motor 8 in return mode and stores them in the RAM 4. Then the CPU 1 performs the optimum regulator control wherein the actual speed of the electric motor 8 has no deviation according to the various data stored in the RAM 4. |
