PURPOSE:To improve workability and corrosion resistance after machining by executing Sn plating having the large electrodeposited crystal of Sn, scattering sections under the state, in which the surface of a steel plate and an Sn layer are separated, and laminating a copolymerized polyester resin film on the steel plate, on which a metallic Cr layer is formed and on the metallic Cr layer of which a Cr hydrated oxide layer is formed. CONSTITUTION:Sn plating, in which the quantity of Sn per one surface is 1.0-6.49/m<2>, the growth area of an Fe-Sn alloy layer after the heating and laminating of a polyester resin film is 75% or less of the electrodeposition area of Sn and continuous Sn, the diameters of one crystals 1 of which are 0.2-5mum, are contained by 60% or more, is executed on the surface 2 of a steel plate. A metallic Cr layer in 16-120mg/m<2> is formed onto Sn plating and a Cr hydrated oxide layer, the quantity of Cr of which is 5-30mg/m<2>, to the upper layer of the metallic Cr layer, and the upper layer of the Cr hydrated oxide layer is coated with a polyester resin film having the crystal melting point of 206-238 deg.C of the film. The steel plate is used for a can cover, to which revet machining requiring corrosion resistance and needing strict impact machining or drawing is executed, and a high can, to which several drawing is executed and stretch machining is executed by adopting such structure. |
