PURPOSE:To automate at least the partial designation of the information necessary for the intensive processing and to simplify the designating operation of the intensive processing by dividing each field into a key field and a general field and at the same time to prepare an intensive dependence formula. CONSTITUTION:In an intensive method of the table form data, a CPU 10 asks an operating system OS to start the table calculation software. Then a table calculation program is loaded into a main storage 11 via the OS and the control is transferred to the program from the OS. Then the program reads the table form data to be storage 11 out of an auxiliary storage 12, etc., for the intensive processing among those files kept under the control of the OS. In this case, a field of the table form data is divided into a key field and a general field. In addition, an intensive dependence formula is prepared in both fields respectively. Thus it is possible to automatically select a necessary field as the one to be included in the intensive result and to smoothly carry out the intensive processing. At the same time, the designating operation of the intensive processing is simplified together with smooth execution of the intensive processing. |
