A drawbar arrangement in a trailer comprises a front drawbar element (1) which is connectible to a tractor, and a rear drawbar element (3) which, about a transverse first axis (A1), is pivotable between a substantially horizontal pulling position and a downwardly pivoted position. The two drawbar elements (1, 3) are hingedly interconnected about a transverse second axis (A2) in such a manner that the front drawbar element (1) is pivotable relative to the rear drawbar element (3) between a first position in which it is situated substantially in line with the rear drawbar element (3) to form therewith a substantially straight drawbar when the rear drawbar element is in its pulling position, and a second position in which it is pivoted upwardly relative to the rear drawbar element (3) to form therewith a broken-line drawbar when the rear drawbar element is in its downwardly pivoted position. |
