PURPOSE:To accurately evaluate the data processing ability of a software by supplying the quantity of the continuous data to a CPU after varying it via a load variable part. CONSTITUTION:A switch SW is turned on at the evaluation of software. A selector 22 supplies a CS signal #4 produced based on a CS signal #1 received from a CS signal forming part 6 to a ROM 20. Simultaneously, the selector 22 supplies a switching signal to a data selector 21 to perform the control so that the selector 21 selects and outputs the software evaluating data received from the ROM 20. A CPU 1 supplies an address signal to the ROM 20 via a bus driver 2 and an address bus 3 and reads the software evaluating data out of the ROM 20 and outputs it with the maximum data quantity per unit time. This output data is written into the CPU 1 from a bus driver/receiver 4 via the selector 21 and a data bus 5. When the CPU 1 is unable to process the received data, the CPU 1 reads the data having the second largest transfer quantity and tries to process the data. Thus the processing ability of the software is evaluated. |
