发明名称 PRODUCTION OF TONER
摘要 PURPOSE:To allow the spheroidization of toner particles contg. low-melting components by a hot wind processing method by using the toner particles which are previously stuck with the fine particles of inorg. matter on the toner surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The toner contg. at least one kind of waxes, higher fatty acids, polyolefin, and olefin coplymer is formed by a grinding method and thereafter, the fine particles of the inorg. matter are previously stuck to the toner surface and the particles are spheroidized by a heat treatment. The low-melting components of the toner are exposed from the fracture surfaces by grinding and generate tacky adhesive strength thus generating the flocculation of the toner particles to each other bus if the toner surfaces are coated with the fine particles of the inrog. matter, this tacky adhesive strength is prevented and the force to flocculate the toner particles to each other decreases. The spheroidiztion of even the toner contg. the low-melting components by the hot wind method is possible in this way.
