The present invention relates to a measuring device for determining gas flow through a duct or a pipe by means of measuring the pressure difference across a throttle member arranged therein, comprising a plate 1 which is mounted within a straight section of the duct/pipe and the plane of which forms a right angle with the centre axis of the duct section, and a pressure-absorbing box 2 which is arranged on each side of the plate 1, is coaxial and rotationally symmetrical with the plate 1 and the outer cross section of which is smaller than that of the plate 1 and the side wall 11 of which directed towards the plate 1 is arranged with its edge portion closely adjacent to the surface of the plate 1 so that a pressure chamber 13 inside the box 2 delimited by the walls 11, 12 of the box 2 and the surface of the plate is connected via openings 10 with the region outside the side wall 11 of the box close to the plate 1, and pressure-passage means 7 to which pressure-tapping lines 8 can be connected, which are intended to extend out through the wall of the duct/pipe and outside be connected to a pressure-difference measuring device. The invention is characterized in that the pressure-passage means 7a, 7b are arranged in the wall 11, 12 of the same box 2, one means 7a being connected to the pressure chamber 13 on the same side of the plate 1 and the other means 7b being connected to the pressure chamber 13 on the other side of the plate 1 via an opening 14 arranged in the plate 1. <IMAGE> |
