PURPOSE:To enable to perform a high-speed processing, to improve a performance, and to enable a software to be reduced in its load, by a method wherein, in a processing of data such as frequency distribution diagram, an overflow processing is conducted by a hardware. CONSTITUTION:If data from a detector 5 are inputtted from an A/D converter 4, the data are held in an address register 13, and a controller 10 is accompanied by an address to perform a read-demand against a memory bass 6. Read data are held in a data register 14, and are added by a +1 circuit 15 to hold them again. In the case of unoverflowing, the data so added are written-in, and the repetition of operations stores a register distribution in a main memory 1. Meanwhile, in the case of overflowing, memory address data are read by an actual address X=kXi/16 by the use of an extension size (k) and data (i), and only a required part is added to write it again. This enables analyzing of a crest by eans of a simple hardware. |
