PURPOSE: To utilize a general purpose board optimally by generating a control data for guiding at least one contact means from a partial volume of data and then performing a contact or separation process based on that data. CONSTITUTION: A partial volume of data required for predetermined wiring of electric circuit is calculated from all connectible quantities of a board. A control data for guiding at least one contact means is generated from the partial volume of data and then a contact or separation process is performed on a contact point based on that data. A wiring to be contacted or separated is then inspected and an inspection data is used for determining an additional quantity to be wired on a predetermined circuit diagram. They are further utilized for possible post-treatment of the board thus utilizing a general purpose board optimally.
