PURPOSE:To discriminate a system abnormal-voltage drop for approximately several dozen sec at a generating end, and to execute the field control of a generator by monitoring and controlling the variation sections of terminal voltage, terminal currents, effective power and reactive power. CONSTITUTION:Each data of generator terminal voltage, generator terminal currents and the position of the magnetic pole of a generator is acquired in a system voltage stability monitor controller 10 as the quantity of the state of operation of the generator 14 through signal circuits 28, 36, and arithmetically operated by the system voltage stability monitor controller 10. When an arithmetic value reaches a fixed value, the system voltage stability monitor controller 10 decides the abnormal drop of the power supply central voltage of a power system 22, and transmits a field current increasing signal over the generator 14 through a signal circuit 12. Accordingly, the counterplan of the instantaneous abnormal drop of system voltage is considered, and system voltage is stabilized quickly. |
