A pharmaceutical compsn. for the therapy of digestive dysfunction and poor absorption is composed of 10-30% biodiastase 2000, 3-9% lipase 100, 4-12% panfurosin SS, 6-20% pancellase SS, 20-40% pancreatin, 2-10% ursodesoxycholic aicd and 8-25% cimethicone. Biodiastase, lipase, panfurosin SS, pancellase SS, ursodesoxycholic acid and cimethicone are in the form of gastric coated granule; and pancreatine is in the form of enteric coated granule.
