The present invention relates to an electronic limnimeter for measuring the level of a conducting liquid, comprising a body (2) of elongate shape, defining a generally vertical axis and intended to be partially immersed in the liquid, the body supporting a set of first electrodes (Ai) spaced along the direction of the axis. A set of second electrodes (Bi) extends along the direction of the axis, alternating with the first electrodes, each of the first and second electrodes being connected to an electronic part by insulated conducting means, this electronic part comprising means for detecting the conduction between each first and second electrode, the first and second electrodes appearing on at least one outer face of the body. <IMAGE>
