<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a curved glass plate having a transparent electroconductive film in good mass productivity by a low cost by applying a specific metallic compound on a glass base plate, heat-decomposing the metallic compound and forming the transparent electroconductive film in the heating and deforming process of the glass base plate. CONSTITUTION:Metallic compound of, e.g. inorganic salt such as chloride or nitride of indium, tin, zinc, aluminum or bismuth, etc., or organic acid salt of said metals (e.g. indium 2-ethylhexoate) formable a transparent electroconductive film by a heat-decomposing is prepared. Then, the sole compound or the mixture of at least two species of said metallic compounds is applied on a glass base plate. Next, the applied metallic compound is subjected to the heat decomposition to form the transparent electroconductive film in a process of heating and deforming the glass base plate. Thus, a curved glass plate having transparent electroconductive film is obtained. This glass plate is suitably used for inputting device of various information instruments.</p> |
