<p>PURPOSE:To enable a center to obtain fault information so that necessary analysis can be executed by transmitting the fault information from a reserve system to the center after the reserve system obtains it from a current system when communication processing is switched from the current system to the reserve system because of a fault. CONSTITUTION:When the fault arises in the current system 1A, it is informed through a signal line 101, and a switching control part 4 switches the relay contact 6 of a line switching part 5, and the reserve system 3A executes the communication processing as substitute for the current system 1A. Then, a collecting means 14 detects this switching, and sends a collecting request, and a sending means 131 reads the fault information stored by a fault processing means 121 at the time of the occurrence of the fault, and sends it to the collecting means 14. Then, a transmitting means 15 sends the fault information collected by the collecting means 14 to the center through a communication processing means 113 at prescribed timing. Thus, even if a line is switched because of the occurrence of the fault, the fault information is sent to the center.</p> |
