<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title binder providing ink having excellent adhesivity to film of polypropylene, etc., and acid resistance by reacting an alicyclic diisocyanate with polyester diol-containing polyol and an aliphatic diamine, etc. CONSTITUTION:An alicyclic diispocyanate (preferably isophorone diisocyanate) is made to react with a polyol containing >=50wt.% polyester diol having OH at both ends prepared by reacting 1,2-butanediol with a dibasic acid (preferably adipic acid), an aliphatic diamine (e.g. ethylenediamine) or an alicyclic diamine (e.g. isophoronediamine) as a chain extender and, if necessary, a polymerization initiator in a solvent such as methyl ethyl ketone in the presence of a catalyst such as tin-based catalyst to give the objective binder comprising a polyurethane resin having 7,000-100,000 weight average molecular weight.</p> |
