摘要 PURPOSE:To easily produce a magnetic alloy material having high saturation magnetic flux density and superior soft-magnetic properties with excellent productivity by crystallizing an alloy foil having a specific composition consisting of Fe, Si, B, Au, Zn, Ti, etc., by means of heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous alloy foil (<= about 25mu sheet thickness) is prepared by using an alloy having a composition represented by a compositional formula Fe100-a-b-c-d(Au1-xMx)aNbSicBd and at least a part of the above foil is crystallized by means of heat treatment, by which a magnetic alloy material is produced. Moreover, in the above formula, M means one or more elements among Zn, Sn, Sb, Ga, In, Cu, Be, Al, Hg, Se, Te, Cd, Mg, Ca, and Sr, N means one or more elements among Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, and Mn, and the symbols (x), (a), (b), (c), and (d) stand for 0.1-0.8, 0.1-8, 0.01-10, <=20, and 5-25, respectively, and (c+d) is regulated to 15-30, and further, M/Au (by atomic ratio) and crystallinity are regulated to about 1/9-8/2 and about 10-100%, respectively. By this method, the FeSiB soft-magnetic alloy having high saturation magnetic flux density and superior soft-magnetic properties can be obtained.
