PURPOSE:To keep a constant state for the output of an output circuit regardless of the output state of an internal circuit by providing an output control means which sets the output of the output circuit at a constant state with an output control signal. CONSTITUTION:All signal lines led to an output control gate 6 from a control circuit 2 are set at 'H' with application of a power supply. Under such conditions, an output signal of an 'L' level is applied to an output control terminal 5. Thus an output terminal 4 is set at an 'H' level regardless of the output of the circuit 2. Therefore the output state of an output circuit 3 can be instantaneously set at a fixed level with application of a signal of an 'L' level to the terminal 5 when the electrical characteristic of the circuit 3 is measured in an inspecting process. Thus the inspecting time is shortened together with improvement of the inspecting efficiency. |
