PURPOSE:To attain the changeover to a channel desired to receive a broadcast automatically by providing an exclusive remote control terminal equipment having a function leaving a control format of a remote controller, an accessory of a television receiver. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a television receiver 1 with a remote controller 2 and a remote control terminal equipment 4 having a learning function learning a control format of the remote controller 2 and controlling the television 1 with the control format learnt based on a system command. That is, the exclusive remote control terminal equipment 4 having a function learning the control format of the remote controller (remote controller 2), an accessory of the television receiver 1, is provided to control the television receiver 1 based on the system command by the remote control terminal equipment 4 automatically. Thus, a desired channel is selected automatically. |
