发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF STRONTIUM FERRITE MAGNET HAVING HIGH RESIDUAL FLUX DENSITY AND COERCIVE FORCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve magnetic characteristics by a method wherein Fe2O3 and SiO2 are mixed with strontium carbonate at a specific composition ratio, and burnt at a specific temperature, a burnt substance is crushed, specific quantities of SiO2 and CaO are further added to burnt powder, and the whole is molded in a magnetic field and baked at a specific baking temperature. CONSTITUTION:5.5-5.8mol Fe2O3 and (x) mol SiO2 are mixed with 1mol strontium carbonate at a composition ratio, in which the ratio of the mol number of Fe2O3 to (1-x) mol is 6, and burnt at a temperature of 1000-1170 deg.C, and a burnt substance is crushed. 0.51-0.65% SiO2, 0.35-0.49% CaO, 0.6-0.8 CaO/SiO2 and not more than 0.2% Al2O3 as required at a weight ratio are further added to the burnt powder, and molded in a magnetic field, and the whole is baked at a baking temperature (Ts) shown in formula I. Accordingly, a strontium ferrite magnet combining Br of 4000(G) or higher and iHc of 4000(Oe) of higher can be acquired easily.
