A connecting piece, and partic.a corner angle section to take spacer sections of insulating multi-glazing sheets, has arms fitting into the spacers when joining them together at the longer edges and corners of the panes concerned, the space between being sealed airtight by a compound applied to the outside of the spacers. In order to produce a good bond between the sealant and connecting piece (partic. corner connectors) the connector is at least partly made of plastic material, of which at least the face towards the sealant contains powder of fibre filler to the extent of 0.5-60 vol.% of the total weight of the corner angle section. The plastic material used is preferably polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene or ABS, containing silanes, carbon, glass, stone or wood. ADVANTAGE - The products provide a simple means of making (partic.) corner connectors which extend the service life of multi-glazing insulating panels.
