<p>A flush mechanism for toilets comprises a water supply control device and a water escape control device independently disposed in a flush tank. The mechanism is actuated to flush by raising a plunger to lift a piston of the water escape position from its normally closed position to its open position allowing water flow from the tank to a toilet bowl associated therewith and maintain that position by vacuum suction.</p>
