PURPOSE:To sense failure in a main power shutting means momentarily and enhance the safety by giving a plurality of simultaneous testing pulses from a logic circuit to a plurality of valves of a liquid pressure control means, and sensing failure using fed-back signals therefrom. CONSTITUTION:At certain intervals, individual testing pulses A are given from a logic circuit 3 to solenoid valves 11a-11n of a liquid pressure control means 11 via an amplifier circuit 5, and the feed-back signal is compared with a control signal given by the logic circuit 3, and a failure sensor circuit 6 senses eventual existence of failure in the liquid pressure control means 11. At the same time, a plurality of simultaneous testing pulses B are given to the solenoid valves 11a-11n independently from the testing pulses A, and if the supplied current is restricted by a current checking means 13 and the voltage drop associate therewith becomes below a low voltage sensing threshold value for a voltage monitoring circuit 7, it leads to sensing by a failure sensor circuit 7 as failure of a main power shutting means 10, and an alarm means 12 is actuated through the logic circuits 3, 4. Thus the safety of an anti-skid control device is enhanced.
