PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of noises and to enable proper detection by forming a pattern wherein an earth line is interposed at every other optional number of element lines on the surface of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The earth line E and element lines L1 - L12 are formed in a fixed pattern by cutting a gold vapor-deposited film, formed on the surface of an internal cylinder 16A, by laser cutting, etc. The pattern has the earth line E interposed at the intervals of, for example, two element lines. Namely, the earth line E is interposed between 1st and 2nd element lines L1 and L2 and 3rd and 4th element lines L3 and L4. Consequently, a loop formed of the element line and earth line can be made small and the loop area is reduced. Therefore, even if an external magnetic field varies, an electromotive force generate at the loop becomes small, so the generation of induced noises due to the electromotive force can be suppressed and a proper signal can be led out. |
