<p>A multi-functional stationary bike for gymnastic purpose, comprising a hand-exercise mechanism (30) mounted above a bike frame (10) and a foot-exercise mechanism (40) under said bike frame (10); said hand-exercise and foot-exercise mechanism (30,40) include a base (50,80) and a gear mechanism (60,90) respectively, wherein said gear mechanism (80,90) can rotate and roll along said base (50,60) by means of a gear and several bearings, whereby said hand-exercise and foot-exercise mechanisms (30,40) are allowed to do recipocal motions in forward, rearward, upward and downward directions simultaneously, whereby the users may take adequate full-body exercise.</p> |
