<p>In a compressed air pressure modulator valve device for a compressed air braking system two pilot pressure operable valves (8, 11; 9, 10) are provided via which a pressure delivery port (3) is alternatively connectable to a supply pressure port (2) or an exhaust port (5) pilot pressures for controlling said valves being derived from a supply (2) pressure port via respective solonoid operable double valves and an independent one-way flow path (29, 31) is provided enabling flow of air under pressure from the supply port to the delivery port despite excessive supply pressure acting on the respective pilot valve (13, 17, 18) in a manner which may prevent opening of the respective pilot pressure operable valve. <IMAGE></p> |
