The apparatus combines the polymer tap with outlet of can containing liquid, makes the edge of outlet narrower and seals it. The apparatus has a seaming head (15) provided on a seamer opened or closed by a conical block moving vertically in the rotary holder and a chuck for fixing a tap. The apparatus comprises: a seaming member having seaming head (15) with chuck (30), holder (25) supported by bearing (29); a feed member, for conveying and fixing can (1), having conveyor (4), feed sensor (5) for detecting can, checker (6), and pusher (7); a lifting member, for lifting can to contact with the seaming member, having a lifter (9) driven by cylinder (10), and setting sensor (11) for detecting the lift of can.
