PURPOSE:To improve designing suitabilty by a method wherein escape parts to bring the mounting parts of covering sheets into a state to make non-contact with each other are formed to the butting end surfaces of rodform frame materials, and the butting parts are welded together as they are pressed in a butting direction. CONSTITUTION:Rodform frame materials with which a main frame 15 and a press frame 16 are respectively formed are molded by extrusion-molding to mount covering sheets 24A and 24B to surface sheets 18A, 18B, and 18C. The end surface of the redform frame material is cut at an angle of approximate 45 deg. to form an escape part 29. The end surfaces of protrusion parts 30 and reinforcing parts 19 are respectively butted against each other, and after a heating plate H is located therebetween to weld the end surfaces, the plate H is removed. A specified pressure force is applied in an butting direction, and by squeezing resin of the molten protrusion parts 30, the end surfaces of the escape part 29 are butted against each other, and squeezed resin is protruded toward the rear side of the surface plate 18A. This method finishes the covering sheets 24A and 24B in a state to be positioned flush with each other. |
