PURPOSE:To rapidly execute the change/edition of a format by successively executing operation by a file definition part started by a command analyzing part, a tabulation part and a table operation part and storing the executed result in a table working file. CONSTITUTION:The command analyzing part CIS sorts respective commands into a file definition command, a working command and a file definition command based upon command analyzing results. A file definition section (FDS) forms a file definition file(FDF) indexed by a record name and an item name based upon the file definition command and having fixed length and a fixed field. The tabulation section CTS forms a working table based upon a tabulating command and reads out data while referring parameters in the working table in accordance with the tabulation command and stores the read results in a table working file TWF. The table consolidation section TCS edits/output data from the TWF based upon the table operation command. Thus, rapid processing having high generality can be attained in accordance with various report formats. |
