PURPOSE:To improve bonding property by coating a bead wire where Cu/Sn plating with particular contents of Sn and Cu is applied by a particular amount by means of bead coating rubber in which carbon, vulcanization accelerator, zinc white and stearic acid are mixed respectively by particular amounts against rubber polymer before being used. CONSTITUTION:A bead wire is formed by applying Cu/Sn plating of Sn content 9 - 13% in weight and Cu content 91 - 87% in weight by 0.65 - 0.85g per 1 kg wire. The bead wire is coated with coating rubber in which sulfur 4 - 10 weight part carbon 80 - 140 weight part, vulcanization accelerator 0.4 - 0.9 weight part, zinc white 10 - 17 weight part and stearic acid 1 - 4 weight part against rubber polymer, for example, natural rubber 100 weight part are mixed. The rubber coating bead wire is used in a tire. It is thus possible to improve bead wire bonding property. |
