PURPOSE:To prepare a cotton-strained bean curd or grilled bean curd capable of easily soaking a soup, etc., in cooking by making a number of incompletely pierced holes on the upper and lower faces of the bean curd with thin rods. CONSTITUTION:A number of incompletely pierced holes 2 having a length corresponding to 1/3-1/10 of the thickness of bean curd are formed preferably at intervals of about 10-30mm on the upper and lower faces of a cotton-strained bean curd or grilled bean curd 1 with thin rods having sharp tip end and diameter of e.g. 0.5-3mm. |
