<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an artificial fang having a structure which can increase the fixing strength to a jaw bone by forming an apex part of a thread formed on the outer periphery of a buried part to the jaw bone of the artificial fang while shifting to one side of the thread. CONSTITUTION:An artificial fang 5 is formed in such a way that a thread 6 is formed on a buried part 5a buried in a jaw bone 3 and the shape of the thread 6 is made so as to deviate an apex 6a to an apex 5b side of the buried side of the artificial fang 5 and the one side (a) of the thread 6 is a plane or nearly a plane which is vertical to the side face of the buried part 5a and the face (b) of a corona dentis-fitted side is made to a slope. In addition, as a structure wherein a tapered part 5c provided on the artificial fang 5 is fitted to a tapered opening 9 of a dense substance 3a is made and the diameter D1 of a jaw part of the tooth corresponding to the apex part of the jaw bone is made larger than the diameter D2 of the buried part 5a, a stress is relaxed on the part wherein the largest stress is generated. As a result, as compression strength is increased and coming out is strongly prevented on the face of the corona dentis-fitted side of the thread, an artificial fang with both large compression strength and pulling-out strength can be obtd.</p> |
