PURPOSE:To contrive protection of a road surface, prevention of a noise and protection of a metallic chain, by a method wherein the metallic chain is supported by fitting the tops of ring members each into dents of a bottom force, the ring member to be forced out through both ends of a longitudinal direction of the bottom force is fitted into a support groove part and after a rubber texture is arranged on the circumference of the ring member within the bottom force, a top force is superposed upon the bottom force and compression molding is performed. CONSTITUTION:A metallic chain B comprised by connecting a plurality of ring members (b) with one another in more long-sized state than a length of a longitudinal direction of a bottom force A is supported by fitting the tops (b') of the ring members (b) each into dents 3 of the bottom 2 of the inside of a recessed part 1 of the bottom force A and a ring member (b1) forced out through both ends of a longitudinal direction of the bottom force A is fitted into a support groove part 4. Then a desired quantity of boardlike or barlike rubber textures 10 are arranged into an air gap of a recessed part 1. Then a support groove part 4' and crestlike notch 5 of a top force A' are caused to coincide respectively with a support groove part 4 and crestlike protrusion 6, the top force A' is superposed upon the bottom force A and the ring member (b1) fitting into the support groove 4 is held between the top force A' and bottom force A. Then a molding tool which is in a superposed state is regulated to the desired vulcanizing temperature and compression-molded. |
