PURPOSE:To prepare a waterless whipped cream capable of giving a spread having excellent spreadability, taste, flavor, palatability, meltability in the palate and preservability by finely crushing sugars and other solid components, adding oil and fat to the powder and whipping mixture. CONSTITUTION:Sugars and a solid materials containing tasty component are finely crushed to about 15-30mum optionally in the presence of oil and fat. The obtained powder is mixed with oil and fat and whipped to obtain the objective cream. |
