The signal of a magnetic head (8) is transmitted directly to a rotary transformer (14) through wire guide holes (13,13',13") of a bush (6) placed between upper and lower drums (11,1) so that the outer noise is prevented-without earthening the drum. Because the head (8) is fixed on the upper side of the bush, the accumulated tolerence is reduced only by adjusting a head skrew (16). A damper plate (18) and a damper rubber (19) are installed on the upper drum (11) to prevent the eccentric rotation of the drum.
