PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of the device and to reduce the cost thereof by providing a 1st pipeline for sucking/discharging a sample liquid and various reagents, plural expanding pipe parts connected by a 2nd pipelines via the branch part and liquid sucking/discharging means. CONSTITUTION:The device has the 1st pipeline 1 which has the fine holes to respectively suck the sample liquid and the various reagents at one end and the expanding pipeline parts 4-1 to 4-n connected via the branch part 2 to the plural 2nd pipelines 3-1 to 3-n. A 3rd pipelines 5-1 to 5-n extending by connecting at one end to the reducing ports respectively provided at the expanding pipeline parts 4-1 to 4-n are connected respectively with the liquid sucking/discharging means 6-1 to 6-n at the other ends. The operation to prepare the sample liquid by adding the reagents to the sample liquid is executed by moving the sample liquid and the reagents between the expanding pipeline parts 4-1 to 4-n and the 1st pipeline 1 by the liquid sucking/discharging means 6-1 to 6-n. Since the processing on the outside of the device is not executed, the processing speed is fast and the accurate prepn. is executed. The cost of the device is reduced by the simple constitution. |
