摘要 |
PURPOSE:To operate a unit cell at a low temperature and obtain a high power generating characteristic by laminating lanthanum fluoride at the specific thickness on an oxygen electrode to form a solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:Perovskite is laminated on a porous metallic substrate to form an oxygen electrode. Lanthanum fluoride is laminated at the thickness 10-20mum on the oxygen electrode to form a solid electrolyte. A metal selected from group VII elements is laminated on the solid electrolyte to form a hydrogen electrode. A solid electrolyte type fuel cell unit cell is thus constituted, it can be operated at a low temperature, and a high power generating characteristic can be obtained. |
